B-CC CHAMBER WELCOMES AMETHYST TO BETHESDA ROW WEDNESDAY, December 3rd Bethesda, MD …..Amethyst, a contemporary designer jewelry boutique, located in the heart of downtown Bethesda, will open its doors to the Bethesda business community with a grand opening celebration, scheduled for Wednesday, November 19th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. B-CC Chamber Chairman Jerry Morenoff (Imagination Stage) will welcome Amy Hugo and Angela Malkin, owners of Amethyst, Chamber board members and other local dignitaries by kicking off this event with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. A reception offering refreshments will follow. Owners Amy Hugo and Angela Malkin are excited to bring a fresh and unique jewelry store to Bethesda. Amethyst is an intimate boutique featuring beautifully-made contemporary fine jewelry from a number of talented designers selected for their artistic passion and distinctive look. Amethyst is founded for the individual who prefers fine chic jewelry from small designers as opposed to mass-produced brands. Located at 4806 Bethesda Avenue, in the old Sandra’s Fine Jewelry, Amethyst provides customers with a welcoming retail experience. Customers may choose from a well-edited selection of fashion-forward jewelry or work with one of our designers to create a custom piece.
